Before building homes, David managed one of the most precise construction projects in the world.
Long before renovating homes, he worked on an international engineering project for 10 years, where being off by even a fraction of a millimeter wasn't acceptable. The work demanded planning, coordination, and precision at a level most construction projects never require.
