The Finest Wines Deserve an Exquisite Home
For homeowners in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding areas who want their collection to become part of the home itself.
Most Wine Cellars Are Designed Around Bottles. The Best Ones Are Designed Around the Home.
Anyone can create a place to store wine.
The opportunity most builders miss is the chance to make the collection part of the architecture itself.
The best projects don't just protect the collection. They become one of the defining spaces in the home.
That’s why our first conversations rarely start with bottle counts.

The Collection Follows
Built For Arizona first
A wine cellar in the desert is an engineering problem before it's a design one.
In a Scottsdale summer, a cellar lives or dies on its cooling. A room that looks flawless but can't hold its conditions when it's 115 outside isn't a wine cellar. It's an expensive liability.
Wine is far more forgiving of a slightly imperfect temperature than it is of a moving one. The five-to-ten-degree swings of a desert July’s are what quietly ruin a collection.
Almost everything that keeps a cellar stable happens where you'll never see it. When a room has no exterior wall, the heat it sheds has nowhere natural to go, so the routing, the vapor barriers, and the cooling all have to be handled before a single bottle goes in.
March proves nothing here.
July is the True test.

Frequently Asked Questions

Projects typically start around $38,000 and scale based on size, materials, cooling requirements, and customization. After the design phase, you'll receive a clear fixed estimate so there are no surprises later.
-
Project timelines depend on size and complexity. A self-contained wine wall can often be completed in a matter of weeks, while larger cellar projects tied into a broader remodel will follow the overall construction schedule.
-
Yes, when engineered correctly. Glass creates unique thermal challenges, especially during Scottsdale summers. Because glass does not insulate like a traditional wall, the cooling system, seals, and environmental controls must be designed specifically for the application. We engineer for July realities, not ideal conditions.
-
Our cooling systems are WiFi monitored and built with safeguards to protect your collection. If a system fails, the unit shuts itself off before it can pump in hot air. That lets the wine room settle to your house's normal temperature, usually around 75 degrees, instead of climbing past 100. Your collection drifts to a comfortable temperature instead of spiking, so bottles won't uncork and the wine stays protected.

Yes. We provide a single point of accountability and manage the design, cooling, electrical, glass fabrication, custom cabinetry, ironwork, tile work, installation, and ongoing support.
